Shipping & Returns
Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used include Australia Post, Startrack Express or TNT. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Where a consignment tracking number has been issued by any of the above carriers, we will provide that tracking number to you.
Please be aware, we do not provide physical products outside of Australia.
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Physical product deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.Typical delivery times are between 3 and 7 working days, however we will confirm the exact timing based on your order and delivery address.
Electronic purchases will be made available at the time of purchase.
If you find your product purchase unsatisfactory, does not meet the product description / size / colour, is damaged or faulty then under Australian Consumer Law you are protected.
If you find your service purchase unsatisfactory, then please contact us to discuss a suitable solution. We may offer to pro-rata the service fee to reflect the level of services you have received.
Please be aware that we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will arrange to repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time, you can choose a refund or replacement.
In all instances, please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
